2.Strictly no exchanges or refunds once item is sold.
3.For defective items, exchange will only be allowed within 10 days, starting from the date you receive the item.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment via POSB/DBS Funds Transfer through ATM/Internet Banking.
Payment must be made within 24 hours after you receive an invoice from us.
Payment not received by then will be deemed as you are not interested in the order.
All payments are verified at 10pm daily & payment after that will be verified the next day.
MAILING DETAILS
We do not provide international shipping.
Mailing process is being done within 9am-12pm from Monday to Friday.
All prices stated do not include mailing charges.
Normal postage:$1.00-$1.50 (varies on weight of the item)
Registered Postage: Additional $2.25 plus normal postage charge
PACKAGING
All items will be mailed in a brown envelope, with our logo and our address stated on it.
To avoid loss of items, opt for registered mail.
